One of the Labour party's biggest donors, American philanthropist William Bollinger, has left the UK for Geneva in anger at the Government's plan to tax non-domicile residents of the UK. Bollinger is a former hedge-fund manager with a personal fortune of at least £75m. (Independent on Sunday)
