Sir James Dyson (left), the vacuum cleaner tycoon, has arranged a £145m payout in advance of next week's capital gains tax reform. Dyson's chief financial officer said: "Our decision to refinance was taken long before the Chancellor announced changes to CGT." (Sunday Telegraph)
